No-Refund Policy

All sales of digital products on SafeCheck (including e-books, reports, templates, and digital downloads) are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund only in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical issues – if you cannot access the file and our support cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Duplicate payment – if you are charged twice for the same order.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase date.

Refund Amount

If a refund is approved, you will receive 100% of the eligible amount.

Network Fees: Any blockchain or network fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount or passed to the customer, depending on the payment provider's policy.

Timeframe

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days via the payment gateway.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Waiver of Refund Rights

Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is generally considered final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or under the exceptions described in this policy.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. SafeCheck does not store your cryptocurrency wallet credentials or payment credentials.

Refund decisions are made by SafeCheck in accordance with this policy, and are executed through the payment provider.
